Japanese clothing, I had a little phase I went through when I was interested in Japanese street fashion. Now are you looking for a visual-kei/gothic lolita look or are you looking for a kogal/ganguro look. I know more about the kogal/ganguro look so you can try these brands:

If you are interested in the rocker visual kei look (which is what Antique Cafe looks like it is) just do a google search: "Visual Kei"..Livejournal has a lot of communities that discuss and trade clothing as well as eBay has tons of online stores.

Well I don’t know who the band is but,Wetseal has some asian looking clothes.Go to the mall or just check it out on the net.
